Bradley specializes in dimensional hair color, long-layered cuts, luxury extensions, and flawless blowouts — but his true passion lies in empowering both clients and stylists through education, innovation, and personal transformation. As the founder of BRDY JAY Salon in Santa Monica, he has created a content-driven, creative haven for artists who want to grow behind the chair and online.
Neilani Flores
A Northern California native now rooted on LA’s Westside, Neilani blends her grounded nature with refined artistry to create effortlessly elevated hair. As a busy mom of four, she understands the power of polished, low-maintenance beauty — and brings that same practicality and polish to her work at BRDY JAY.

Kelsey specializes in natural-looking volume and length for fine-haired clients, using premium K-tip extensions, weft installs, and custom clip-ins. Frank Martinez
With over 14 years in the industry and early training under Soonie Paik at Bruno & Soonie, Frank has built a reputation for creating effortlessly cool, natural-looking hair. He’s known for his golden honey highlights, tortoise shell tones, and precision cuts that grow out beautifully.
